Several of these outlets were built in conjunction with other sites in the Tulsa metro area. For example, Kohl’s built stores in Owasso, Tulsa, and Broken Arrow around the same time frame. The Owasso stores were projected to be lower producers simply because the demographics generated could not provide the population density needed to verify projections. In every case, the Owasso retail stores exceeded projections and are the top producers in the metro area.
